Fabio Tomaselli has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR management and learning & development. Fabio started their career in 1999 as an HR Specialist at Dana Italia Spa Spicer Off Highway Axle Division. Fabio then moved on to become the Italian Operations HR Learning & Development Manager at Dana Italia Spa - Off-Highway Products Europe in 2001. In 2006, they became the Rovereto Plant HR Manager at Dana Italia SpA - Dana Holding Corporation, and later took on the role of HR Manager for Italian Operations. In 2011, they joined Cartiere del Garda Spa / Polyedra Spa - LECTA GROUP, where they initially served as the Human Resources Director before being promoted to the Italian Business Units HR Director for the Lecta Group in 2013.

Fabio Tomaselli attended Università di Trento from 1992 to 1998, where they earned a Laurea in Economia e Commercio with a focus on Economics.
