Ha Cao has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Ha started their career as an Accountant at Gemadept in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Ha then joined 3D Infosystems in 2008 as a Country Accounting Manager, where they were responsible for statutory compliance, corporate governance, and tax compliance. In 2011, Ha Cao became a Finance Manager at Young & Rubicam Vietnam Co., Ltd. Ha then joined FCS Computer Systems in 2012 as the Country Head of Finance and Accounting. In this role, they worked until 2022. Ha Cao's most recent position is as a Financial Director at Lectra, starting in 2023.
Ha Cao completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics in 2002. In 2022, they will complete an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG).
