Jonna Karjanmaa is an experienced international and regional operations manager with a focus on the fitness and padel sectors. Currently serving as International Operations Manager and Country Manager for Finland at LeDap Group since June 2023, Jonna is responsible for optimizing club operations and ensuring financial performance across the portfolio. Previously, Jonna held the position of Regional Manager for PDL Center from November 2021 to June 2023, leading expansion efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction at new centers in Finland. Jonna also contributed to operational and sales excellence as Regional Manager at ELIXIA Finland from October 2009 to November 2021, overseeing 16 fitness centers and their profitability. Earlier roles include serving as Club Manager at both ELIXIA Finland and Fosdec Oy/Finnbody, focusing on sales, customer experience, and staff leadership. Jonna's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Helia, complemented by a leadership certification in the service industry from Amiedu.
