Lalith Jayasinghe

Lalith Jayasinghe, LC, currently serves as a Sr. Applications Engineer at LEDVANCE since December 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Cooledge Lighting Inc. and SolarOne Solutions, Inc. as an Applications Design Engineer. Lalith's career includes significant positions at Evolucia Inc. and Osram Sylvania, where responsibilities involved leading cross-functional teams for LED product development and conducting competitive benchmarking. Prior roles also include Senior Research Specialist at the Lighting Research Center, where thermal characterization and optical system design for LEDs were key focuses. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Lighting Certified credential from NCQLP.
