Michael Harrell is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Facility Services in Lee Company’s rapidly expanding Middle Tennessee market, including technical services and security groups.
Mike was named vice president of Facility Services after 14 years of dedicated service at Lee Company. He joined the company in 2005 as a project manager in the large construction group. In 2007, he moved to the FM2 (Facilities Management and Maintenance) division to help establish that group as a sustainable business. Five years later, in 2012, he became director of operations for Facility Services and took on responsibility for all of the demand and commercial services. During this period, Lee Company developed and implemented the pioneering technology platform for facility management.
