Allison Petty

Allison Petty is an experienced journalist and editor currently serving as the Director of Local News at Lee Enterprises since November 2020, with roles including Central Illinois Executive Editor and Midwest Regional Digital Editor. Petty has worked with Lee Enterprises since July 2010, overseeing news and feature reporters and managing digital operations. Prior experience includes serving as a reporter/intern at the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and as Editor-in-Chief at The Daily Egyptian.
