Katie Moore, MBA, serves as the System Director of Strategic Innovation & Business Development at Lee Health since April 2016, where responsibilities include shaping the strategic direction of innovation initiatives and enhancing financial sustainability. Previous roles at Lee Health include Director of Innovation, Director of Strategic Initiatives & Integration, and leadership in Performance Excellence, focusing on integrating innovation frameworks and improving patient experience. Katie's experience extends to the Florida Sterling Council, where recognition as an Advanced Examiner was achieved, and the Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida, where management of regional provider contracts took place. Katie holds an MBA in Health Care Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training & Psychology from Otterbein University.
