Emma Davids is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital portfolio management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Portfolio Management Office at Leeds Trinity University, Emma leads a team focused on strategic IT transformation initiatives. Concurrently, Emma holds directorial roles at Woodsworth Managing and Woodsworth Exploring, overseeing Woodland Management and outdoor activities, respectively. Previously, Emma was a Lead Business Analyst at Yorkshire Water, where responsibilities included driving customer experience change initiatives. With a background in project management and business analysis at Leeds Beckett University and Yorkshire Water, Emma has established frameworks for IT governance and change management.
