Leep Utilities
Chris Murphy currently serves as the Head of Customer Operations for Energy at Leep Utilities, overseeing the entire customer journey, including billing and credit collections for both commercial and domestic energy customers. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at Vodafone Business, including Billing Operations/Delivery Manager, where management of various operational teams across multiple locations was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes roles at Vodafone focused on billing activation and relationship management, as well as positions at Pipex Homecall Ltd. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Art Direction from Manchester Metropolitan University and has completed several graphic design qualifications at York College of Further and Higher Education.
Leep Utilities
Leep Utilities hold an Independent Distribution Network Operator Licence (IDNO) which allows us to adopt and operate new and existing electricity networks in return for an Asset Value Payment made to the ICP or Developer. We also hold Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) licence which allows for the adoption of Gas Networks. Alongside this, Leep have significant experience of operating water and waste water networks, with more than 25 sites across the UK. This breadth of expertise allows Leep to offer a true multi-utility adoption offering, providing straightforward connections throughout the UK.
