Bridget Stout has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Human Resources at Left Right since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Left Right from September 2018 to November 2021. In addition, Bridget was a Founding Member of TroopHR, a national HR network, from February 2021. Before these positions, they worked at iEARN-USA - International Education and Resource Network, where they held the roles of Director of Human Resources & Operations from February 2014 to August 2018 and Recruitment & Professional Development Manager from October 2011 to February 2014.
Bridget Stout completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Art History and Italian Studies at Dickinson College from 1990 to 1994. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Penn State Great Valley, specializing in MBA, between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, in May 2018, they obtained certification as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
