Joe Kelly

Joe Kelly is an experienced professional in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Operations Manager at Good Samaritan Hospital under Legacy Health since December 2021. Joe has an extensive background in logistics, having previously held positions such as Transportation and Supply Chain Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included overseeing a large team, managing courier services, and coordinating UPS accounts for multiple facilities. As the owner/operator of NW Custom Furniture, Joe designs and builds custom solid wood furniture. Joe's early career includes roles in logistics and operations management across various companies, including Ernest Packaging Solutions, Safeway, Portland Auto, CARQUEST Auto Parts, and Old Town Chevron. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Phoenix.
