Matt Brendel is an Executive Managing Director at Legacy Partners, overseeing development, construction, acquisition, and operations in the eastern part of the United States. Prior to this, Matt held roles such as Senior Managing Director at JPI Companies and Senior Portfolio Manager & Acquisitions Associate at SCI Real Estate Investments. Brendel holds an MS in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
