Michael Breiman is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Director at Legacy Partners since February 2017, previously holding the position of Senior Associate. Before joining Legacy Partners, Michael worked at CityView as a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions & Asset Management from April 2015 to January 2017. Michael's earlier experience includes being an Analyst at Rosen Consulting Group and serving as a Real Estate Portfolio Advisor for the Centers for Disease Control, where responsibilities involved planning and managing developments in Kenya. Michael also worked as a Research Specialist at Cushman & Wakefield, contributing expertise in real estate market research and analysis. Michael began their career with internships at Grubb & Ellis and Laconia Development, LLC. Academic credentials include a Master of Real Estate Development and an MBA from USC, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
