Joanna Pencak was appointed to the current role of VP of Finance in May 2017. She joined Legacy in March 2013, after Legacy acquired Vitran Supply Chain, where she held a Controller’s position. Previously she worked for Vitran Express in both the LTL and Supply Chain Divisions.
Joanna has over 25 years of experience in North American transportation and supply chain industry. Throughout multiple acquisitions she consolidated and integrated finance and accounting functions, while working closely with operations and supporting a development and delivery of customized supply chain solutions to the customers. She holds accounting designation CPA-CGA since 1999.
