Aaron Hale has a diverse work experience. Aaron started their career as a Systems Project Manager at ExxonMobil in June 2003 and worked there until May 2005. In January 1999, they joined Hale Consulting, Ltd. as a Senior Consulting Manager, and worked there until February 2007. In August 2005, they briefly worked as an IT Systems Auditor at KPMG US for a period of three months. In July 2005, they founded Legacy Traditional School, a rapidly growing charter school where they were responsible for all the business operations and management.
Aaron Hale attended Arizona State University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Following this, they enrolled at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2001 to 2003, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on MBA and MSIM (Master of Science in Information Management).
