Ashley Shifflett

Ashley Shifflett, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator and Human Resources Business Partner at Legal & General America since November 2021. Previously, Ashley held the position of Human Resources Manager with the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless and Technology, Automation, and Management (TeAM), Inc., overseeing HR functions in organizations with 150+ and 120+ employees, respectively.
