Jillian Berry

Jillian Berry is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance Business Partnering at Legal & General since April 2016. In this role, Jillian leads a team focused on financial analysis for the institutional retirement division, overseeing the production of business plans and forecasts. Previous positions at Legal & General include Head of Finance Operations and Head of Group Performance. Prior to this, Jillian held various finance roles at HSBC from 2008 to 2016, including Business Performance and Control Manager and Senior Finance Business Partner. Early career experience includes an Executive role in Corporate Finance Advisory at PwC. Jillian is a Chartered Accountant and holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
