Chris Piccirillo

Chris Piccirillo is an accomplished professional in the field of laboratory automation and engineering, currently serving as the System Engineer Leader at Legend Biotech since March 2024, where leadership of the technical Automation and Asset life cycle management team is a primary responsibility. Chris founded NJ Toys and Collectibles in May 2014, leveraging a deep passion for toys and collectibles cultivated over more than 20 years. Previous roles include Director of Laboratory Automation at Sampled, managing global laboratory automation infrastructure and providing analytical data to C-Level executives from August 2020 to February 2024, and Manager of Robotics at RUCDR Infinite Biologics, overseeing operations in multiple sample processing labs. Early career positions include roles at SCIENION and Hamilton Company, with initial experience as a Forensic Scientist I for the State of New Jersey. Chris holds a M.S. in Microbiology, Molecular Genetics from Rutgers University and a B.S. in Recombinant Genetics, Chemistry from Western Kentucky University.
