Resham Narula

Resham Narula, CMQ/OE, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Legend Biotech since January 2022, Resham has successfully led multiple site-level process improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and maintaining business continuity. Prior experience includes roles at Novartis, where responsibilities ranged from Project Engineer to Senior Project Specialist, involving the management of process-related Change Controls. A background in systems engineering at Infosys entailed supporting technical applications and developing automation solutions, along with an earlier position as a Medical Assistant at Carteret Comprehensive Medical. Resham also contributes to academic research, having participated in a project at NJIT and the University of Bridgeport focused on stem cell differentiation.
