Dockter has extensive experience in the furniture industry, holding director positions at Triple Seven, LLC, Healthcare Sleep Products, Ltd., and Dockter China, Ltd., which focuses on international sourcing for top-tier furniture retailers. Previous roles include General Manager at Direct Source Global, where Dockter developed a sourcing organization for large-scale projects, and Import Director at Legends Furniture, Inc., where operations in China were established. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Chinese from Brigham Young University.
