Chief Operating Officer, Legends Project Development at Legends

Paula Portz, PMP, LEED AP, Chief Operating Officer of Legends Project Development, oversees Legends’ Project Development division, including current projects for the SoFi Stadium and Entertainment District, Columbus Crew new MLS Stadium, InterMiami Football Club new stadium, among others. Legends Project Development provides full owners’ representative, program and project management services for sports, entertainment, attractions and cultural facilities.

Prior to Paula joining Legends in 2017, she served as President of PC Sports where she worked on professional sports facilities such as Pinnacle Bank Arena, KFC Yum Center, FedEx Forum, Sprint Center, and Mosaic Stadium in Canada.

Paula is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, and also as a LEED Accredited Professional by the Green Building Certification Institute. She’s an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers and Stadium Managers Association, in addition to speaking at various industry trade organizations and community groups.
