Derek Driver

Derek Driver is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Operations and Security Communications Controller at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort since March 2021, Derek has a history of leadership roles in organizations such as ERIKS UK & Ireland and Shield Security Services Ltd, where Derek excelled as Service Centre Manager and Service Operations Manager, respectively. Prior to these positions, Derek spent over 16 years at iPSL in multiple managerial capacities, including Senior Operations Manager overseeing daily site operations. Derek began their career at HSBC, progressing from Processing Clerk to Supervisor over a 16-year tenure. Educationally, Derek is a graduate of Slough and Eton Church of England Business and Enterprise College, class of 1986.
