Previously, as the manager of The BIG Shop, the largest LEGO Store in the UK, Paul was responsible for a multi-million pound revenue business and led a team of 100 staff, emphasizing team culture and motivation. Paul began a career in retail at Sainsbury's, where responsibilities included price control, cash management, and operational tasks.
