Alex Willkom is a Continuous Improvement Engineer and former Manufacturing Engineer at Legrand AV, with experience in enhancing operational processes since February 2018. Prior to this role, Alex served as a Business Process Engineer Intern at Carlson Craft, where responsibilities included analyzing business processes and developing strategies to boost productivity and efficiency. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 2012 and 2017. Additionally, Alex gained experience as a lifeguard for the City of Stevens Point from May 2012 to August 2016.
