Jeff Will has a wealth of experience in sourcing, supply chain, and materials management. Jeff most recently served as the Vice President of Sourcing and Supply Chain at Legrand AV, where they effectively led divisional supply chain functions. Their responsibilities included managing a significant annual spend and creating major commodity and sourcing strategies. Prior to this role, Jeff served as the Director of Sourcing and Materials at Legrand, North America. Jeff also worked at United Technologies as a Materials Manager and Business Consulting Manager, and at Goodrich as a Commodity Manager. Jeff began their career at Milestone AV Technologies as a Buyer/Planner.
Jeff Will received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato in the year 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General at the University of St. Thomas, completing it in the year 2012.
