Melissa Weisse currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Legrand AV, a position held since January 2020, after progressing from the role of Sr. HR Manager. Prior to Legrand AV, Melissa gained extensive experience at Eaton from June 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading Employee Relations and HR programs across the Hydraulics Americas region, as well as providing HR leadership for various HQ functions. Melissa's earlier roles include HR Manager - Employee Relations at Eaton, Lead HR Generalist, and Senior HR Generalist, contributing to multiple HR functions. Other experiences encompass participation in the HR Leadership Development Program at Raytheon, a Talent Acquisition internship at Oshkosh Corporation, and HR-related internships at Greenheck Fan Corporation and the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
