Chulin Meng has extensive experience in library technology and information systems, currently serving as the Director of Library Technology at Lehigh University since July 2013. In this role, Chulin Meng provides leadership in library technology, defining the vision and strategic directions for digital services, and managing multi-institutional projects. Prior to this position, Chulin Meng was the Head of Library Systems at Loyola University Chicago, overseeing IT infrastructure and developing innovative solutions. Additionally, Chulin Meng worked at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in information technology support. Chulin Meng holds a Doctorate in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science from Peking University.
