Michael Dills-Allen

Michael Dills-Allen currently serves as the University Registrar at Lehigh University since May 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including University Registrar at California State University, Chico from March 2019 to June 2023. Prior to this, Michael held multiple positions at Fresno Pacific University from January 2012 to July 2017, including Assistant Provost for Records and Research, Director of Institutional Research, and Student Success Coordinator with a focus on data analysis and project management. Additional experience includes being a Registrar Operations Specialist at DeVry University and serving as a Chaplain at Children's Hospital Central California. Michael's background also encompasses roles in education and youth ministry. Academically, Michael has earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education - Student Success, as well as other advanced degrees in related fields from Azusa Pacific University and Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
