Tim Palumbo

Tim Palumbo is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in endpoint engineering and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Endpoint Engineer at Lehigh University since June 2013, Tim specializes in image creation and testing using tools like Intune and Autopilot, as well as maintaining Windows Updates for campus PCs. Tim has also held roles such as Senior Computing Consultant, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of WSUS and Flexera CSI for patch management, and collaborating with the security team on endpoint hardening. Prior experience includes serving as a Desktop Engineer at the University of Scranton and as a Computing Consultant at Lehigh University. Tim holds multiple degrees from Lehigh University and Marywood University, including an MS in Instructional Technology and Design and an MA in Psychology.
