Jerry Yang

Jerry Yang currently serves as the Head of Platform Software Development at Leica Microsystems, starting in January 2024. Yang has extensive experience in agile methodologies, having worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Philips, where efforts included leading agile transformation and managing multiple teams. Prior roles include serving as Software Development Manager at Leica Microsystems, Software Engineering Manager at Honeywell, and Software Delivery Manager at Shinetech Software Inc., among others. Yang has a strong background in people management, software development, and project delivery across various platforms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computing Science from Changzhou University.
