Andrea Arrigo

Andrea Arrigo, PMP, is an IT Senior Business Analyst CRM at Leica Biosystems since February 2021, responsible for remote work on Salesforce.com CPQ launches in North America and Europe. Key activities include requirement gathering, JIRA story approvals, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, and providing post-implementation support. Previously, at Baxter International Inc. from October 2007 to May 2020, Andrea held roles as Program Lead and Senior Business Analyst, managing commercial projects and leading significant CRM initiatives. Andrea holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Illinois University.
