Sulaiman Thompson

Sulaiman Thompson currently serves as the Director of R&D Software Engineering and Enterprise Solution Architect at Leica Biosystems, where responsibilities include developing architectural solutions to enhance interoperability across products and managing a team of approximately 20 professionals in software architecture and systems engineering. Previous roles at Leica Biosystems involved designing next-generation medical devices and overseeing multi-million dollar software projects. Sulaiman has also held leadership positions in various companies, including Javra Software, Beep Science AS, and ActiveSky, focusing on software development, project management, and technology innovation in areas such as digital rights management and wireless applications. Sulaiman Thompson holds dual degrees in Microelectronics and Computer Science from Griffith University.
