Katie Hurley is a seasoned professional in partnership and corporate operations, currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Corporate Operations at Leicester Tigers since March 2014. In previous roles within Leicester Tigers, Katie has excelled as a Partnership Operations Manager and Senior Partnership Executive, focusing on relationship management and the activation of contractual rights for club partners. Earlier experience includes a Customer Services Executive position in the ticket office, where engagement with supporters and efficient handling of customer complaints were key responsibilities. Katie also completed a twelve-month internship in Corporate Communications with Leicestershire Police while pursuing a BA (Hons) in Criminology at De Montfort University, enhancing communication and administrative skills.
