Robert Rissmann

Robert Rissmann is a highly experienced professional in the field of dermatology and drug delivery technology. Currently serving as the Research Director of Dermatology at the Centre for Human Drug Research since July 2010 and as a Professor of Translational Dermatology at Leiden University since November 2020, Robert also holds the position of Associate Professor at LUMC since July 2015. Prior roles include Lecturer & Scientist at the Faculty of Science, Universiteit Leiden from July 2008 to June 2010, and a PhD student in Drug Delivery Technology at Leiden University between July 2004 and June 2008. Robert began their career with an internship at Schering AG in 2003, following the completion of a pharmacist degree from Freie Universität Berlin in 2004.
