Grace Carapiet possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held significant roles in leading organizations. Currently serving at Leidos as a Corporate Talent Acquisition professional since April 2016, Grace provided crucial recruiting support and successfully facilitated the transition of the Corporate ESS Finance team, filling 16 critical positions in Tucson within a tight timeframe. Prior experience includes a position at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2011 to March 2016, where Grace excelled as a Customer Facing Recruiter and Resource Manager, focusing on challenging Cyber and Military-related talent needs.
