Karen Kanjian

Karen Kanjian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate benefits and executive compensation, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Corporate Benefits, as well as Vice President of Executive Compensation & Compliance Director at Leidos since June 2013. Previous roles include Vice President of Executive Compensation at XL Group plc and Head of Compensation at Lincoln Financial Group. Kanjian has a strong legal background in ERISA compliance, having held positions as Senior Counsel and Assistant Counsel, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with regulations, developing compensation programs, and managing executive compensation processes. Educational qualifications include a JD from Temple University and a BA in English Literature from Reed College.
