Kathy M. Brown

Kathy M. Brown serves as the Vice President of Group Contracts in the National Security Sector at Leidos since December 2023. With extensive experience in military and defense sectors, Kathy has held numerous leadership roles including Executive Level Leader at U.S. Army PEO Combat Support & Combat Service Support, where Kathy M. managed initiatives for Expeditionary Energy and Sustainment Systems, and Director of International Programs at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment, where Kathy M. engaged with foreign partners on defense cooperation. Kathy has a strong background in strategic planning, program management, and international relations, underscored by leadership positions at PEO Soldier and the United States Department of the Army. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University, an MBA from Temple University, and an MS in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University.
