Norman Chao

Norman Chao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director of Supply Chain Program Strategy at Leidos since August 2016, Norman leads a team focused on supporting Defense and Intelligence programs. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Lockheed Martin from January 2012 to August 2016, such as Principal Supplier Relationship Manager and Senior Procurement Engineer, where contributions included material cost estimation, contract negotiations, and collaboration with suppliers. Norman began a career at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in various leadership and engineering roles through an Operations Leadership Development Program. Norman holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and certifications in Full Stack Web Development and 5G Fundamentals for Business.
