Trisha Eknes Marcey

Trisha Eknes Marcey currently serves as the VP and Civil IT Division Manager at Leidos, where responsibilities include P&L leadership for the Civil IT Division focused on addressing IT and cyber challenges for civilian agencies. Previous roles at Leidos encompassed deputy operations management for Enterprise & Cyber Solutions, and deputy program management for the Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization program. Trisha's experience also includes managing significant portfolios related to environmental and engineering technologies, as well as leading program management initiatives for the GSA's Federal Acquisition Service. Prior to Leidos, Trisha held various senior program management positions at Lockheed Martin and KPMG Consulting. Trisha holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Management Technology from the University of Mary Washington.
