Leisure & Resorts World Corporation (LRWC) is a Philippines-based holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in leisure business, which includes management and operation of the activities conducted pertaining to general amusement and recreation enterprise, hotel and gaming facilities, including bingo parlors. It is involved in retail gaming market by providing multi-gaming platforms, various products and games with a distribution network of entertainment facilities in neighborhood sites. Through its subsidiary, AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), the Company operates parlors. Its other subsidiaries include AB Leisure Global, Inc. (ABLGI), which is engaged in owning, developing and maintaining real estate and personal property; LR Land Developers, Inc. (LRLDI), which is engaged in realty development and tourism, and Prime Investment Korea, Inc. (PIKI), which is engaged in gaming, recreation, leisure and lease of property.
