Tracy Klockner has a diverse range of work experience. Tracy started their career at Gonzales Consulting Services in 2003, where they served as the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Operations for almost nine years. Following this, they joined Brown's Compounding Center, Inc in 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of HR management, including policy development, workforce planning, and employment activities. Tracy also managed finance and accounting functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and ERP implementation. Tracy Klockner earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Black Hills State University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Tracy then pursued a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Colorado Denver from 1998 to 2000.
