Arek Flinik started their work experience in 2008 as a Localisation Tester at Electronic Arts (EA). Arek then worked as a Full Stack Developer at LiveChat - customer service software from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Estimote, Inc. where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016 and later became a Product Manager from 2016 to 2016. Since 2017, Arek has been serving as the Co-founder and CTO of Lekta AI.
From 2007 to 2012, Arek Flinik attended the University of Wroclaw, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.
