Milivoj Librenjak has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Milivoj started their career as a Key Account Manager at Franic d.o.o. in 1994 and then moved on to become the General Sales Manager at AWT International from 1996 to 1997. In 1998, they joined Unilever as a Country Manager, where they were responsible for sales activities within the company for five years before being promoted to the position of Country Manager. After leaving Unilever in 2008, they became the Managing Director & Partner at Prodis, where they led the company's expansion into the toy wholesale industry. In 2016, Milivoj Librenjak became the CEO of Fun and Fit Company before joining Atlantic Grupa in 2017 as the General Manager, Global Distribution Account Management. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at LELO since March 2020.
Milivoj Librenjak obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IEDC - Bled School of Management, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012.
