Hortense Gris currently serves as the Global Visual Merchandising Manager at LEMAIRE, where the role involves leading the global Visual Merchandising strategy to enhance brand identity across international markets since November 2022. Prior experience includes working as an International Visual Merchandiser at Isabel Marant from September 2018 to November 2022, where the brand's Visual Merchandising strategy was implemented globally. Earlier, Hortense managed visual merchandising strategies for multiple retail locations in France and Belgium at Giorgio Armani from September 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, experience includes roles as a Visual Merchandiser at Tommy Hilfiger and an internship at The Conran Shop. Hortense holds a BTS in Space Design from Ecole Boulle and a Bachelor's Degree in Theatrical Scenography from UQAM, along with a high school diploma with highest honors from Lycée Jean-de-La-Fontaine.

Each season, LEMAIRE presents qualitative men’s and women’s collections with attentive details designed for everyday life. The vestiaire consists of realistic clothing and singular pieces influenced by the cosmopolitan streets of yesterday and today Paris. The collections are designed and developed in Le Marais nearby the 1 rue Elzévir new flagship store.
