Keith Roberts

Keith Roberts is an experienced machinist with a strong background in machining and technical leadership. Currently employed at Lemke Industrial Machine LLC as a machinist since January 2021, Keith previously worked at L & S Electric, Inc. and served as a Technical Lead at Arconic, where responsibilities included coordinating work assignments and improving manufacturing processes. With a foundation as a journeyman machinist at Remmele Engineering Aerospace & Defense, Keith honed skills in operating complex CNC and manual machine tools and interpreting technical prints with an emphasis on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Millwright at Louisiana Pacific Corporation and a journey machinist at Remmele Engineering. Keith holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology from Nicolet College.
