Rochelle Greene

Rochelle Greene is the current Chief of Staff for the Offices of the CEO and CCO at Lemonada Media. Prior to their current position, they served as the Site Operations Manager for Emerson Collective from June 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing all Emerson Collective East Palo Alto (EPA) properties and tenant relationships to ensure compliance with relevant landlord/tenant state laws and local ordinances.

Greene began their career with Emerson Collective as an Executive Assistant in 2018 and was promoted to Site Operations Manager in June 2018. During their time in this role, they successfully managed and administered all improvement projects as direct support to the Facilities Director. Rochelle also oversaw the calendar coordination for the site ramp up, secured vendors to service and maintain the property, and coordinated events calendars for staff training on fulfillment process for event space requests. In addition, Greene increased office organization by developing a more efficient filing system for annual audits and created a lending library offering community access to borrow archived company books, periodicals, and materials.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, Greene was promoted to their current position as Chief of Staff for the Offices of the CEO and CCO at Lemonada Media in July 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, handling administrative tasks, and providing general support to the CEO and CCO.

Rochelle Greene earned a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Hunter College. Rochelle also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Medgar Evers College, CUNY, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same school.

They are on a team with Kasey Barrett - Executive Producer, BEING, Rachel Neel - Senior Director, New Content, and Dawn Gunderson Taylor - VP, Business Development. Rochelle Greene reports to Jessica Cordova Kramer, CEO.
