Chris Calver, Lemongrass’s EVP of Global Project Delivery, has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of customer-facing delivery centric leadership roles. Chris has built a reputation for his results-orientated democratic leadership style, employee and customer-centricity, data-driven operational excellence, and his ability to deliver challenging and complex engagements. Prior to Lemongrass, Chris was at Axon Group which was acquired by HCL in 2011. At HCL, he was responsible for their 6000+ person Global SAP Delivery Practice. Before that he was with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he started his consulting career.
