Rj Rapoza

RJ Rapoza currently serves as the Co-Director of The Manresa Program at Le Moyne College since July 2017 and has been an Adjunct Instructor of Human Communication at Finger Lakes Community College since January 2003, teaching Public Speaking and Interpersonal Communication both face-to-face and online. Rapoza also held the position of Director of Academic Success at Finger Lakes Community College, overseeing various academic support services, and served as an Academic Coach for the TRiO Student Support Services program, aiding under-prepared, first-generation, and low-income students. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Career Services at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, founding and leading Buzz Consulting, coordinating NYSCA Conferences for Partners for Arts Education, and managing enrichment services at Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES. Rapoza's educational background includes a Professional Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
