Michael Kilian

Michael Kilian is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Lendable since August 2023, Michael previously led the platform team at allplants from March 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, Michael held multiple roles at Housekeep from June 2018 to March 2022, including Lead Software Engineer. Michael's earlier experience includes a position at Citi as AVP - Apps Dev Senior Software Developer on the FX Aggregator Team, where responsibilities included collaboration with quants and traders. Michael also worked as a Graduate Software Engineer at BT, focusing on Big Data and network security, following an impactful internship involving Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. Michael began a career in IT support with Glasgow City Council while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Glasgow, which was completed in 2014.
