Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Risk Management at Wells Fargo and roles at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as Regional Retail Credit Officer for Asia Pacific and Head of Retail Risk Management in Brazil. Carolina also held the position of Credit Risk Manager at Discover Financial Services and served as Director of the Foreign Reserves Department at Banco de la República - Colombia. Carolina earned two MBA degrees in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University and the Kellogg School of Management between 2002 and 2004.
